The holidays are upon us and that means getting all your Christmas shopping done! If you’re like me, shopping for toddlers can be quite a challenge or even just coming up with suggestions for friends and family who ask what to get your kids can be a pain. We try to stick to a “need, want, wear, read” method. When it comes to family members, we prefer they give experiences or zoo/museum tickets if possible, but gift talk can be a sensitive subject with some people. We often save new toys away for special occasions or a rainy day, that way there are new things throughout the year and not all at once. When it comes to buying toys, it’s nice to find toys that will last (like wooden toys) and engage their mind and imagination. I hope this mini gift guide makes your shopping easier and more fun this year! Let me know what other kinds of gift guides you’d like to see.
